New works by Randee Fox:
This new series of 13 works examines a story of sudden loss and a vision quest journey to heal and receive another. The story is true as it happened with horses - so the pieces all revolve around my relationship with my horses, yet as a metaphor, it's a universal story that can be applied to any lost love and the courage that it takes to heal and ultimately create and fill the void with what is desired. Nia and Horses
Blue Heron Ranch Equestrian Center, Sammamish
Nia & Horses is an equestrian educational program blending of the Nia principles into Randee Fox’s well-established program ‘Educating Humans for Horses’. This program is fun and beneficial for equestrian students as well as the horses. Every program is designed to meet the needs of the individual horse handler, beginning to advanced, and their goals. The initial focus is on the horse handler being attuned to their own moment-to-moment physical sensations while developing a keen awareness of the horse's rhythms and gaits. This allows the equestrian to move with the horse's powerful circular flow. This blending of Nia and equestrian activities is opening pathways for us to discover the true joys and pleasures of being in a horse-human relationship. Lessons are given on our wonderful lesson horses. To learn more go Equestrian Arts Page
