Join Barb and Randee for this very special 2 day retreat Saturday May 31st thru Sunday June 1st at Blue Heron Ranch in Sammamish. Barb Apple is an internationally respected clinician and a masterful teacher. Randee Fox is a Brown Belt Certified Nia Instructor and horsewoman. Enjoy an energetic Nia class in the morning, work with Barb and your horse in the afternoon, and end with a Nia FloorPlay class. Blue Heron Ranch is a pastoral horse ranch where you can enjoy miles of trails, meditate in the sanctuary, rest on a hammock, enjoy an evening campfire. Overnight lodging available for four women. Space for two trailers to hook up to electricity. Pasture boarding available for four horses. All levels of Nia dancers and equestrians welcome, no experience necessary.
